VIAFLO and INTEGRA Biosciences enter into a strategic Sales and Marketing partnership for the US: 
On July 30th, 2008 VIAFLO of Hudson, NH and INTEGRA Bisosciences of Chur Switzerland announce the commencement of a joint partnership. Beginning on August 1st, Viaflo will assume all sales and marketing responsibilities for the INTEGRA product range in the US. The INTEGRA products complement Viaflo's innovative liquid handling product range and feature best-in-class user programabilty and ease of use. Existing US customers will be well supported by Viaflo's direct presence. In addition, Viaflo will continue to support existing IBS distributors in the US and will begin to develop direct end-user sales through a growing direct sales team in an effort to further expand on INTEGRA's success in the region.
