Viaflo offers complete in-house technical support, calibration and repair services for our products in Hudson, New Hampshire. Return Policy:We request that you speak with one of our Customer Support Specialists prior to the return of any product. We have found that many returns can be prevented with a brief conversation. If deemed necessary all return shipments must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number and a Decontamination Form. Our goal is to repair or calibrate products within 24 hours of receipt. This is a lofty goal that we strive to meet everyday. Products are prioritized on a first-in, first-out basis. Repaired products are returned using 2nd Day shipping unless you specify an alternative method.
